Job Responsibilities:
Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business. Responsible for making repeat sales to their existing customers and achieving monthly assigned sales target.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for Sales volume, Secondary (Quantity) & Revenue targets.
- Outlet expansion & Counter share achievement.
- Maintaining the good rapport with all stake holders especially with retailers.
- Category focus and business development initiatives
- Process adherence
- Display and product visibility plans.
- Tracking & timely updating of competition activities and provide valuable inputs for product enhancements
- Ensuring seamless delivery of products and services in the market
- Product updating /clear scheme communication to Retailers
- Go-getter, self motive & willing travel
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Skill
- Fluent in Hindi, English, Arabic(Added Advantage)
- UAE driving license is Must
- Qualification: Any
