Dr. Shanith Mangalath – Director
Dr. Shanith Mangalath is an accomplished Specialist in Family Medicine, doctorate of medicine and post graduated in Diabetology Medicine. With over 10 years of experience in India and Middle East, he is also the founder member of the HNC Group of Hospitals network, India. Dr. Shanith is part of the leadership team and extends his rich contributions to the strategic goals of Telelink Communications and is the force behind customer-centricity and after sales services.
Mr. Miandad Kalai – Chief Operating Officer
Miandad Kalai has been with Telelink Communications for the past 5 years and grown the ranks, now the COO. He is a versatile post graduate in Management specializing in Sales & Marketing. Miandad leads the business operations, partner engagement, supply chain, distribution and expansion. His focus is to literary own the Telecom distribution space in the mid-low income areas and carry the right brands to appeal to these markets, be number 1 in top-line, distribution width and IR partner satisfaction.
Mr. Vinod Ramachandran – Chief Finance Officer
Holds Bachelor’s’ Degree in Commerce from Calicut University and Master of Business Administration specialized in Accounting & Finance from Madras University. He has 18 years of UAE experience in supervisory & decision-making positions in accounts & finance operations as well as administration & project management in leading companies in the sectors of trading, manufacturing, auditing, telecommunication and contact centre business. His core competencies includes Financial Planning, Budget Forecast, Project Cash flow, MIS Reports, Costing & Revenue Targets, Market Analysis, Banking and expertise in Business Plans, Contracts & Agreements.
